Sri Ananda Subbaraya Wire Products Pvt Ltd was incorporated on August 18, 1995, with an installed capacity of 6,000 TPA for manufacturing binding wire. The unit was located in Aganampudi, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, and in January 2005, the licensed capacity was increased to 15,000 TPA. In FY16, the company acquired industrial land admeasuring Ac 8.30 at RG Peta Village, L.Kota Mandal, Vizianagaram Dist, Andhra Pradesh, and closed the Aganampudi facility
The company constructed a new facility at RG Peta with a manufacturing capacity of 18,000 TPA of binding wire and high carbon wire. In 2017, the company expanded its operations to include trading of steel and allied products, including raw materials such as coal, iron ore, pellets, and finished products like TMT Rebars.
